Presentations for Parents

I’d be happy to come speak to large groups of parents and/or coordinate a panel of experts to speak to Parents. We can schedule either one-time topic specific presentations or even do a series of weekly or monthly “Paying Less for College” talks or workshops.

 

Here are four important things.

(1) We want to focus on what YOU want parents to know;

(2) We try to make every presentation helpful, interesting and fun (I’m not a stand-up comedian but I am taking classes);

(3) We can brainstorm how to turn the sessions into positive publicity and fundraisers for the guidance department or other school program.

(4) Publicity materials are provided to minimize staff work. I sometimes can run Facebook ads and use other cutting edge marketing techniques to boost attendance.

Presentations for School Staff

I love presenting to School Principals, Guidance Counselors, and other staff. Your feedback in terms of “what” I’m writing AND “how” I am saying it is critical the quality and focus of the book, companion guide, and videos.

Presentations can cover dozens of topics from the book and I can often bring along experts in specific topics who I quoted in the book. Sometimes local restaurants donate food for brown-bag lunches or morning coffee. These presentations also help staff become comfortable with our presentations to their Parents and/or Students.
